Rise in Excellence is a personal development program led by Dr. Paul Kellogg, who has spent over five decades helping individuals worldwide tap into their intuitive gifts for growth, empowerment, and success.
An internationally renowned practical intuitive, Dr. Kellogg offers a practical, no-nonsense approach to the extrasensory and spiritual forces that shape our lives. He believes that everyone has the potential to develop visionary, prophetic, and feeling perceptions—tools that can guide us in business, relationships, and personal growth.
Through personalized coaching, workshops, and courses, Rise to Excellence provides a holistic and empowering approach to personal mastery. Dr. Kellogg’s mission is to help you develop your own inner GPS—your intuition—so that you can navigate life with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
When I was young, I was super sensitive. It seemed like I could hear people’s thoughts and feel what they felt. It made me feel the need to help them, fix them, find their answers. Often times that got me into embarrassing situations as I was “in their business.” People would make fun of that desire or prank me to teach me a lesson.
That created more and more of a need to be accepted and liked or that I had to prove myself to be in the “good graces!”
At sixteen when my father passed on, it altered everything – I could not fix that! Fortunately, my mother was very perceptive to my energy – she took me to hear a man talk about being sensitive beings, trusting intuitions and being a leader of oneself! It inspired me to get involved in a youth leadership retreat where I got training on how to direct my desire to help others.
Since those beginnings as a teenager, during my decades of service, I have traveled to many countries around the world, met all kinds of different people in terms of searchers and practitioners who really want to expand themselves.
They want to grow and learn and discover their purpose in life while they're here. They want to connect with their gifts and their resources and their talents that they know are there.
They want to tap their practical intuition, their inner guidance as useful tools. They want to feel more in command of their own leadership inside personally and their compassionate leadership outside in all of their relationships .
I founded Rise in Excellence because it represents people striving this soul magnificence.
This work gives the doer and thriver a greater chance to be able to find a safe, abundant and proactive place to soar in authenticity; to face real and sometimes vulnerable challenges with dignity and self-respect; to realize that all of our experiences are steps in excellence! This is our true DNA - physically, mentally and spiritually.
